02What data we collect

We process the data you provide to us yourself as well as data collected automatically while you use the Website:

• contact form data: first name, telephone number, e-mail address and the content of the message,
• technical data and logs: IP address, browser type and version, date and time of the visit, approximate location,
• data from cookies and analytics tools (details in the section on cookies).

03Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR):

• responding to an enquiry and conducting correspondence — Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (taking action at your request and the legitimate interest of the Controller),
• providing the services and performing the concluded agreement — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
• fulfilling legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
• marketing of our own services and the newsletter — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
• statistics, analytics, ensuring security and improving the operation of the Website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (and your consent with respect to non-essential cookies).

04Data retention period

We store data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

• correspondence and contact form data — until the matter is concluded, and thereafter for up to 12 months,
• data relating to agreements and settlements — for the period required by law, as a rule for up to 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose,
• data processed on the basis of consent — until the consent is withdrawn,
• analytics data from cookies — for up to 26 months.

05Data recipients

We may entrust your data to trusted entities that process it on our behalf and under an agreement: providers of hosting and IT infrastructure, providers of e-mail and form-handling tools, providers of analytics and marketing tools, our accounting office and advisory entities.

Some tool providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the safeguards required by the GDPR are applied, in particular the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell your personal data.

06Your rights

In connection with the processing of data, you have the following rights:

• to access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• to rectify (correct) your data,
• to erasure of your data,
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

07Cookies

The Website uses cookies, that is, small text files saved on your device. We use three types of cookies:

• essential — necessary for the proper operation of the Website; they do not require consent and cannot be disabled,
• analytics — used to analyse traffic and how the Website is used (e.g. Google Analytics),
• marketing — enabling content and advertising to be tailored to your activity (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

We install cookies other than essential ones only after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as well as manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect the availability of certain Website features.

08Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks and the categories of data processed, including encryption of the connection (SSL) and restricting access to the data solely to authorised persons.

09Changes to the privacy policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The new version is effective from the moment it is published on the Website, together with an indication of the date of the last update.
