The owner of the Website and the service provider is SUPERNOVA CARS Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (02-662) at ul. Świeradowska 47, Tax ID (NIP) 9522207963 (hereinafter: the Provider or Supernova).
The Provider can be contacted at the following e-mail address: maurycy@supernova-cars.pl.
- Website — the supernova-cars.pl website together with its subpages.
- User — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit using the Website.
- Electronic service — a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties, by electronic means, through the transmission of data at the individual request of the User.
02Type and scope of services
Through the Website, the Provider presents information about the scope of its business, which comprises: the import of sports and luxury cars from the Japanese market (including participation in auctions, transport, customs clearance and vehicle registration), the organisation of motorsport events and trips (track, drift, ice driving) and sports management.
Within the Website, the Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge: making content available (browsing the Website) and a contact form enabling an enquiry to be sent.
The information about the services published on the Website is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny). The detailed terms and conditions for the performance of individual services (import, event, management) are agreed on an individual basis each time in a separate agreement concluded with the Client.
03Technical requirements for using the Website
The proper use of the Website requires:
- a device with access to the Internet,
- a current version of a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,
- an active e-mail account — where the contact form is used.
The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature and from using the Website in a manner that disrupts its operation or is burdensome to other Users.
04Contact form
The contact form enables the User to send an enquiry to the Provider. Use of the form requires providing a first name and a telephone number or e-mail address, as well as — optionally — the content of the message.
Sending an enquiry is conditional upon accepting the processing of the data provided for the purpose of responding. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary in order to establish contact.
The service is one-off in nature. The agreement for the provision of the service is concluded upon submission of the form and is terminated upon a response being provided or upon the User ceasing to use the service.
05Conclusion and termination of agreements for electronic services
The electronic services provided within the Website are free of charge.
The agreement for the provision of the content-access service is concluded upon entering the Website and terminated upon leaving it.
The User may cease using the electronic services at any time and without giving any reason.
06Intellectual property
All content made available on the Website — in particular texts, graphics, photographs, video materials, logos and the layout and composition of the Website — is protected by law and constitutes the property of the Provider or is used on the basis of appropriate licences.
Copying, reproducing or distributing the content of the Website in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Provider, is prohibited.
07Complaints
Complaints concerning the electronic services provided within the Website may be submitted to the e-mail address: maurycy@supernova-cars.pl.
A complaint should include a description of the problem and the contact details of the complainant. The Provider shall consider complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
08Protection of personal data
The controller of Users' personal data is the Provider. The rules for processing data, the purposes, the legal bases and the User's rights are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and national law.
09Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).
The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the law or in the scope of the services provided. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the Website.
The Terms of Service are effective as of the date of their publication on the Website.
